I have a 6th Generation IPad and my provider says it is only capable of 3 G but I am sure that is incorrect. It is Wifi and Data capable and should be capable of 4G at the very least. Is there a setting I have to change? when I attempt to enter the IMEI it says that it is not a good number but I bought it from ATT.

Yes, the 6th generation WiFi + Cellular does have 4G (LTE) capability. If you are not obtaining 4G service, it may be worth obtaining a new SIM from your cellular provider.

Not a very useful answer. I just want to know if there is something wrong with the IPad.
Look, none of us work for Apple. We do not get paid to do this. We answer as best as we can, and in this case, I believe Apple is not at fault here. It could probably be an issue with the carrier.
