App Store Disabled

I have an iPhone 11 and for reasons unknown to me when I try to update or download an app I’m getting a message saying my App Store and iTunes have been disabled on my phone. I cannot find anything that allows me to change a setting to enable it again. Any suggestions? Thank you.
