Notification issue

I am an iphone user and recently after i reset my all settings in the reset option after that i am unable to get whatsapp notification , i have updated whatsapp , ios and each and every thing . every time i get a call or a message on whatsapp there is no notification and call won't even ring on phone but as soon i open app it start to sync and shows me all notifications , i am unable to find whatsapp in notification settings on iphone , whatsapp says turn on push notification but there is no whatsapp in notification settings . help me solve this issue .
