Texts not showing up on bill like they used to.

Why are my daughters texts not showing up on the phone bill (AT&T)? They used to and now they don’t. And I’m sure they are not because our texts are not either. What’s going on ?

AT&T stopped listing texts on the bill. Instead there is a separate page on their web portal that lists texts. And, as Lyssa said, iMessages have never appear on a carrier bill, only SMS/MMS texts to non-iPhones.

iMessages (blue bubble) do not show up on your AT&T bil.

If that doesn't help, contact AT&T and see what they have to say. Apple doesn't have access to AT&T's information.

iMessages are NOT text messages that will show up on your bill. That's not how iMessage works.

No. It’s like it was never made. Usually it shows the name or number and in or out going. Not the message it’s self. But I know they were made because I sent them and she answered them.

They have till recently. Like the last week. And starting this last billing period. But the previous 12 bills they have showed up. What has changed? A setting? A app of some sort?
