Signing documents on IPAD with Apple Pencil

Does anyone know how to create word documents that can be used with the apple pencil for signatures. I don't want to have to carry actual paper around - any and all help appreciated.

You can create a Pages document that you can sign using the Pencil, and then export it as a Word Document.

You can also sign PDF’s with the Pencil.

I believe the Draw option in Ms Word can also let you sign a document.
