Document editing
I purchased an iPad for inspections. My inspection sheet can be uploaded as a pdf or as a word document. What is the best way or app to mark up the document then turn my written marks to text?

you can save the documents into 'File' app, which is an built-in app. there you can do markups, to mark up a document, tap
