filevault… 2015 MacBook Air will not boot properly

2015 MacBook Air 13” will not boot properly with FileVault on. It boots to login but keyboard no input or mouse.


when FileVault turned off boots properly. Have erased and reinstalled macOS 5 times and even updpgraded to MacOS Monterey.


help needed. Only works with wired keyboard.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand your keyboard and trackpad aren't responsive at login when FileVault is turned on, and we'd like to assist. Reinstalling macOS and upgrading macOS were good steps. Have you attempted to boot in safe mode to see if the issue persists?
