There are some miss taps when using "Tap to Click" on my Macbook Pro M1's trackpad

Hello, recently I've just bought a new Macbook Pro M1. When I used my Macbook in MacOS Big Sur, I did't have any issues with my trackpad. "Tap to Click" worked just fine, there's no problem with it. But after upgrading to MacOS Monterey, after a few days of using Macbook, I can see that there are some miss taps when I tap in the trackpad, it makes me annoyed and I have to tap again and again to do this task. I wonder it is a problem or not? If yes, is it a hardware or software problem? How can I fix this issue? Thank you guys
