Apple Watch phone calls from iphone

Hello I have bugs with my Apple Watch when I call through my iPhone I don’t hear the other people but they hear me I restart my Apple watch and iPhone it fix for 1 call but the next one is bugged too how do I fix this sometimes it says that the call is failed and it doesn’t give me to ring then I’m connected to Bluetooth I try to disable Bluetooth then turn it on again but nothing absolutely I’m really ****** off help me with that
