I am having mail issues since updating to IOS 15

Ever since I updated to IOS my mail shows as read. I see this issue only with my optonline.net email. All other emails work such as iCloud and gmail. I have reinstalled the email address and is currently running the most updated iOS on my device. Please help, I’ve seen other questions and potential solutions which does not fix the problem.

If it's still not working, you'd want to contact Optimum. They'd be the one to help you sort this out because you've narrowed it down to this specific account.
