Two Methods:

A. Enable iCloud Photos:

Go to: Applications folder
Go to: System Preferences
Click: Apple ID (top-right corner of window)
Check: Photos (top item)
Go to: Applications folder
Open: Photos app
View the Photos

Or...

B. Check iCould Photos Directly:

Are they still synced to your Apple ID? If so, and Photos was enabled in iCloud preferences, then they should be seen here: https://www.icloud.com/photos
