Hi I’m just wondering I saw my cellular data used the Photos app about 7.2GB but I don’t know what happened that I was not see any photo app. So how to know what I used cellular data? Because they might charged me $15/1GB. My plan provide only 10GB. It must be required payment over $45 next billing.

You are probably snycing your photos with icloud.
You can go to
Settings -> Photos -> Cellular Data and turn it off. If you turn off Cellular data the phone will always wait until youre on wifi to sync photos.
