What can I do, as my mac is on the list of supported products (MacBook Pro early 2015)

You do not say what macOS you are currently running...?

If you are not runnning Big Sur you may have to install this first to step up to Monterey




If your Mac qualifies for the update, try rebooting into SafeBoot mode to launch the installer.


If you have successful downloaded the installer it will be sitting in your Applications folder, You can launch from there like any other application "Install macOS Monterey.app"



If you have not downloaded the install—reboot into safe boot mode to start the download. Verify you use the Safari browser to initiate the download links see #3 https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212735
