Good Afternoon pietro118,

I understand you're having a problem with your AirPods being unable to work together so let's check into that.

With the device that you have the AirPods paired with, is it updated to the latest supported software? This is needed as it provides an update to the AirPods as long as the device is an Apple product.

If an update to the AirPod firmware seems to be ruled out, let's work through the steps of the following resource to see if it clears up what is occurring:

If your left or right AirPod isn't working

After you've worked through those steps, restart the device you're paired with to see if the AirPods work as they should. If they're not working as expected, let's go ahead and try to reset the AirPods by using the steps found here:

How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

Once you've paired the AirPods with your device, check once more to see how they're working. If nothing has improved, it would be best to Contact Apple Support as service may be needed to figure out what's causing this to occur.

Have a great day!
