iPhone X battery replacement and loss of indicators

I have iPhone X and just had battery replaced by Apple store. After returning home, noticed that battery charge indicator, wi-fi indicator and signal strength indicator not being shown in top right corner of home screen. Indicators are visible when you look at Control Center.

Has anyone had this issue after battery replacement or otherwise
