I notice sometimes that while my iPhone is open in a Note, that a dialog box appears and asks if I want to undo typing. I don't know what causes that? Maybe I accidentally did something to cause that. It usually happens when I'm not looking.
In macOS, the way to undo anything (usually typing) is Command+Z.
Anyone know how I can deliberately undo in iOS, such as undo typing in Notes?

"Turn off Shake to Undo
If you tend to unintentionally shake iPhone, you can turn off Shake to Undo. Go to Settings 
> Accessibility > Touch."
