My “spatial audio” option on my control center is greyed out

Found the problem Maria, go into settings, accessibility then audio/visual and where it says “mono audio’’ turn off and it will fix the issue.

Have you followed the steps listed in the article below to enable this feature? Are you running the latest iOS on your iPhone? You can verify this in Settings > General > Software Update.

Hi, I have the same issue and yes my iphone just got updated today, the airpods 3rd gen just bought them today, airpods have the latest firmware all good but is still greyed out. Any solutions apart from what we already know, like unpair, forget device reconnect? Tried this a few times not working
