how can i reset my phone by using my computer?
hello good night, well you see my phone has been acting up i try to reset it but it wont reset or turn off at all can you please help me out?

Is your iPhone 11 Pro's screen frozen where your home screen is showing and you are not able to turn it OFF? If this is the case, then you do not need to reset it, however, a Forced ReStart should take care of things.
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
