Unsupported Video Format with iPhone 13 Pro and Photos?

Recent videos taken with my new iPhone 13 Pro have a triangle in the upper right corner. Clicking on that triangle gives a pop up that says the file is an Unsupported Video Format

The full resolution is not supported

Clicking on the More Info button takes me to a webpage directing me to find another App that might be able to handle the file.

I'm using an Apple phone on an Apple Computer, using and Apple App - and the format is unsupported?

Really?

What's the story?

No - that's not at all relevant. At all.

I don't know who you are but I don't mention playing video at all.

I describe a specific behavior that prevents EDITING -

What I describe happens in the Photos App [macOS 12.0.1] and is regards to RESOLUTION and a specific pop up window.

"The full resolution is not supported" because of the Unsupported Video Format pop up, doesn't interfere with playing the video. It does prevent editing the video - I am now connecting the phone directly and will see if it's an iCloud transfer issue.

Are you a bot, kareng12?
