unfortunately i didn’t know rules related to camera cover before and i used it. Now something wrong happens to my screen, the colors changed and sometimes the screen is flashing. I have my macbook for 3 years. is it possible to repair it without additional costs?

Did this happen the first time you closed the lid with the camera cover in place? If not, it may not be because of the cover, but rather something else. But the cover is highly suspicious.
If you don't have one of the AppleCare variants, the cost to repair will very likely be yours, but for a final answer on that you'll need to have the Mac evaluated.
I trust you removed the camera cover and discarded it.
