How to show the menubar in all monitors (in Monterey)?

I used to know how to show the top menubar in both of my 27" monitors, but can't find that option now that I've upgraded to Monterey. Any ideas? Or did they remove that feature?

(Mini M1, running 12.0.1)

Thank you, Raicya. I'm toggling that checkbox on/off but the menubar still remains on just one monitor. The menubar doesn't appear on the second monitor.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the way Mission Control and Spaces is set up. I currently have all of those checkboxes unchecked.
