New IPhone13 freezing up

Hi, I’ve only had my iPhone 13 for a few weeks and it’s freezing up. I’m thinking it’s memory issue and I’m about maxed out! I’ve attached a picture of my data usage.

if I’m backed up to the cloud, can I delete all of my pictures? Or, is there a better way to move them “somewhere” or a better way to manage them so I still have access to them but they don’t take up so much storage on my phone? I’m assuming my phone freezing up is a storage/memory problem

Hello, Mauimom2.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We can see from your screenshot that you need help managing storage locally on your iPhone.

We recommend starting with the video linked below. It addresses the "Offload Unused Apps" section of your screenshot and shows you how to manage Messages storage. Both of these categories are taking up significant space on your device.

You may also want to consider storing your photos in iCloud. More information can be found here: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

Please let us know if you have any questions about the information in the video and support article linked above. We're happy to help.

Take care.
