Macbook restarting after every 2 mins

I wiped my harddisk and trying to reinstall the os from internet recovery but still not able to reinstall it and restart issue every 2 mins contuines

My Mac keep restarting itself. I'm using a MacBook12’’, early 2016. My mac keep restarting itself since I tried to updated to Monterey it says 'Your computer restarted because of a problem' or they call 'Kernel Panics' or Blue screen in the Windows world, I’ve tried to fixed it every method that I could find on the internet, I did it through safe mode. But still keep restarting itself, i checked with command D :Diagnostics says no issue found until i have to erase hdd and reinstall by using Command R and that only one option is El Capitan that i can choose to install, but there still keep restarting itself. Even if recovery by Time machine the Mac still keep restarting. I tried to load other OS Monterey, Bigsur, Mojave, Catalina, every time I choose to install HDD on my Mac it restarts itself again and again but if i choose to install to Ex-hdd i can install the os successfully every time... So that means the SSD HDD in the Mac is broken right? But Diagnostics say no issue found! What should i try next? please help! Sorry for my poor English.

Problem Installing Mac OS Ventura Bought used 2020 MacBook Air. Did factory reset and in disk recovery trying to download Ventura but it craps out after certain point. Takes forever and have gone through process several times. Could it be a disk issue or just an internet issue, which btw is pretty good. Should I just wait for tomorrow to try again? Help.

Restore or repair MacBook Air My MacBook Air is not working. Tried all the steps which I found online on such issues. I’m stuck and cannot restore nor repair. No disk for installation. Disk Utility too doesn’t work. Would anyone have any solution?
