I'm finding that my pictures and documents aren't syncing properly between my devices. I've got an iPhone XR, a couple of iPads and a Mac Mini running Big Sur. Pictures and documents aren't syncing across devices. Any thoughts?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
We understand that photos and your documents are not syncing with iCloud amongst your devices. Are none of the devices syncing photos and documents to iCloud? Go to www.icloud.com and check to see which devices are have synced content to iCloud. Check that you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices. All devices need to be on and connected to a stable network.

Thanks for the response. When I went through the steps I realized that, somehow, the iCloud settings on my Mac weren't correct. I've reset and am waiting for the files and pictures to sync. Looks like this resolved it.
