Disable Clamshell mode

I want to disable clamshell mode. I suspect it’s possible through the terminal with a command prompt. Hopefully I can get the attention of someone who know how to do this.

I’ve been submitting feedback on a weekly basis for a couple years pleading and begging Apple to simply add a checkbox in settings to “disable clamshell mode”.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.5

A link that may help: Disable Clamshell Mode? - Apple Community. It's a much older post. but may do the job. People were giving feedback even in that post. Report Back if they Work.
