Data transfer stuck
Transferring data from old phone to new… old phone half way through and is stuck with the Apple logo on the screen… won’t power down or come back up…. What do I do?

We understand that during the Quick Start process your old iPhone is showing the process is half way done, but is only showing the Apple logo on the screen and you reviewed Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Can you let us know what you’re seeing on your new iPhone?
