iCloud photos

hey does anyone know how I can access photos from old devices no longer listed under the devices on my iCloud? or is that impossible? Thanks

See the section - Remove a device from the Devices list

The photos can be directly accessed from the removed iPhone View photos in the Photos app on iPhone - Apple Support
