i update to monterey 12.0.1 and now my mac is very slow. there is any chance to lower the virsion to bigsur / catalania?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.0

Hi,

Sorry to say that there is no way to downgrade the macOS. You could factory resetting with booting Recovery Mode.
