cant set up e mail

Hi I have used bt mail on my iPhone for a long time without any issues until yesterday. I stopped receiving e mails so I deleted the app and tried to reinstate without success. I can access the account on a web app so this proves that the account and passwords I use are correct.

when trying to reinstall the bt mail to the iPhone it gives me error codes of

iPad, iOS 10
