I can’t access my sky yahoo mail account on my IPad Air, 4 th Generation, I just keep getting an error message. Can anyone help?

If you're using Apple Mail app, contact your email provider and check your SMTP/IMAP parameters.
If you're using a different mail app, contact also that app's support team.

Have you considered adding your Yahoo account in the Apple Mail app, already on your iPad. Or, you can download the Yahoo mail app from the App Store as well.

Unfortunately I’m just accessing through Google chrome via my sky account so not using an app, so any other ideas please?
