Sky email not working on iPhone

Why does Sky email never work correctly on iPhone? It almost always says Account Error at the bottom of the mail screen. Sometimes the emails work but any attachments won’t download!

Do I just give up and get a new email address??

Frequent imap server connection problems when the app fails to connect and download emails or downloads a header only then fails to download the body of an email. Emails seem to download successfully using the web browser or using MS Outlook app on the iPhone or iPad.

I'm unable to send emails from my iPad I’ve spoken to some of the Apple supporters a few days ago about this email issue. Whenever I’m sending an email, my sent email goes to my Outbox for only a second and then it disappears and I then I get no response at all. I’ve been trying to fix this by doing these things: 1) Signing out of my email account and logging back in. I tried that and that and that didn’t work. 2) I sent an email to myself test by using To or CC, and that didn’t work. An Apple supporter told me, “If the email stays in the outbox folder, then there is an issue with the email preventing it from sending correctly.” What kind of issue are we talking about here? I think this issue serious issue that my Mail app has had to encounter. Is there a way to fix this problem? Thank you! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
