Apple 4k tv, spacial audio out of sync

Since tv updated to spacial sound, films with atmos after a 4-6 min period I get a momentary blip or dropout of sound and then lip sync issue starts, following another blip lip sync issue gets worse. All films I tied are the same.

If I disable spacial sound, all is fine, no issue. If I watch film on iPad or iPhone again no issue, just new 4k tv streamer.

hopefully Apple can resolve.
