Cellular keeps dropping

My cellular connection keeps dropping to no service. Have tried taking out sim card, looking for carrier settings update (not available), software update (up to date), restoring network settings and restarting phone. Cellular keeps dropping only to restore for a couple minutes. Frustrating!
