The touch scroll on my magic mouse 2 constantly stops working. It has started since updating my MacBook to MacOS Monterey. Powering off/on the mouse and reconnecting the bluetooth fixes it until the next time you use. Anyone seen or know how to fix this?
Download and install the latest update from Apple. They realized they had a problem and corrected it! Magic Mouse responds correctly now!
Same problem. Turning bluetooth off then on temporarily fixes it. Went to Genius Bar at Apple store and they reset my MacBook Air and reloaded Monterey. Scrolling still stops - and I lost my old copy of Office! Is this a Bluetooth implementation in Monterey, or is it at a lower level in the software?
I have exactly the same issue with my magic mouse in my M1 iMac. The pointer works but not scrolling (one finger), disconnect and reconnect fixes it.

I have the same issue, it works fine until I log off or just close the lid on my MacBook Air, then I have to disconnect it from Bluetooth and reconnect it---very frustrating!!
