When I use my Coinbase pro account on certain pages it is showing a red status light telling me to connect to the internet but I am fully connected. I have cleared the cache and history.
MacBook Air (2020 or later)
Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;
• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)
• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically
• Disables user-installed fonts
• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

Found the fix:
Go to the Develop menu in Safari, click under "Experimental Features" and then "disable" the "NSURL Session Websocket".
If you cannot access the Develop Advanced menus, go into your preferences under advanced and "enable them" from there before trying the first step.

I switched from android to iPhone and I was so upset. I did what u said and it worked. I personally love the website of Coinbase pro vs the app itself.

Yes the trade page is showing a red status light all other pages are green. Account is not locked as available via App and older IOS browsers also Opera.
The solution offered by Old Toad did not work (thanks anyway) I hit solved by accident.

Hi! Same! Not able to connect to Coinbase Pro trading 'data offline, check internet connection' and a red light. Happened after I updated to Monterey 12.1.

Fix was temporary and still had to hard refresh every time I reopen page
now back to same problem
Thanks so much for sharing! This was driving me nuts and coin base pro does not have an easy support to reach. This fixed then issue for now.
coinbase pro says check internet connection but it fine
