I had assumed that creating and sharing a Maps Guide with a friend would give us both the ability to add or edit locations.
Like a shared Numbers document would sync and update, for example.
But having shared a guide, called "Road Trip 2021" I've added locations on my MacBook, and my friend has added locations to his iPad, but the maps are not synchronising.
Should they?

Since I have no friends I can't test this. :)
However, you may have to "re-share" a guide anytime you edit it.

Yes, I thought that might be the case. Perhaps someone knows something different but I've not seen any such feature.
