Gift Card issue

I ordered an Apple Watch with some of the fund paid with a gift card. For some reasons my order has been cancelled. However when I want to use again my gift card, it is written that I have no fund in it.

mit has been more than 2 working days and I’m wondering on when I’ll be able to get the money back or another gift card by email as nothing is shown. It shouldn’t not take that long. We are not talking about a refund in a credit card but in a apple gift card which is in their own System
