I recently upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro and now when I try to logon to any Microsoft products it asks for me to sign in and then go to the Microsoft authenticator to authenticate my login but I cannot approve it. Then I try using my password and it does not recognize it. It is a vicious cycle that I cannot break no matter what I try.

This would be a Microsoft issue contact them or look at their support site.
