There is a constant hissing/static noise in the left earbud of my Beats fit pro. It seems to be most prominent in noise cancellation mode, and less prominent in regular and transparency mode. There seems to be quite a lot of people on reddit that have the same issue. Many people have exchanged new ones and still had the issue persist. I wonder if Apple/Beats is aware of this, and if there is a solution yet.
Have got the BFP now for 2 months. Date on box is 01 2022. On latest firmware (4E64). with ANC or transparency mode on I also have a hissing sound in the left earbud. Hope a fix will come soon. Don't want to run up and down the store to get replacements with the same problem... Before BFP owned a set of APP. But had issues with crackling noise in left earbud when I moved my head...
Thought i was going crazy.. glad i searched on this issue and am not the only one with it.
Id hope it can be fixed with a FW update.
Same just started with my left one yesterday. It was working fine for a while however. I've noticed it always fails the fit test now as well. I'll see if Amazon will exchange them...
I am having same exact problem. On 2nd pair. I get crackling in left earbud. I’ve reset it, etc. what’s the alternative? I’m not a fan of the AirPods either.
I have the same static in left pod during noise cancellation. These are only a week old. I tried resetting and it didn’t work. It is a shame because I really liked them. I really liked the spatial audio on them.
