IOS15

Since upgrading to IOS15, my phone now has cellular and update issues. It also freezes and turns off.

Cellular Update Failed Updated to IOS 13 this morning. On my drive to school, my phone was functioning normally. When I got to school, I got the "Cellular Update Failed" message. I did the recommended steps (remove SIM card, restart, reinstall IOS 13) and they all failed. I did a factory reset, and it failed. What can I do?
