Pair iPad display with chevy bolt

Can I connect the visual display to a 2019 or 2022 Chevy Bolt with my iPad Pro? I don’t think I can get CarPlay on my ipad.’

Apple CarPlay is a feature of iOS for iPhone. CarPlay is not a supported feature of iOS/iPadOS for iPad.
