Not able to add sixth member to family sharing

Hi - I am the organizer of a family sharing group. I am trying to add the sixth member and the "add member" option is not available. The link/button is visible but disabled. We currently have 5 members in the family share group (myself + 4 others). What can be done to allow adding a sixth member?

Found it - invitation from an old iPad was pending and not showing as such on my phone. All set here
