However, when I tried to answer a call with them, despite selecting the airpod icon, the caller cam not hear, me, I can hear them

I reset the air pods.
No it did not work.
I'm on them now and a text just came thru, but again when I try to call
I can hear the person I'm calling but they can't hear me.
