ios 15 homekit does not work from control center
iOS 15 has broken practically everything. Here’s HomeKit from the control center. When will this be fixed?

Since this isn't something that should normally be happening, we'd recommend updating to the latest iOS 15 version if you haven't already: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
