Ipad for a second year college student

My daughter is a second year college student and needs an iPad to take notes in class and for homework and project. She take classes on humanity and is super passionate about architecture

Ask the IT department at her college what devices they support

and what they recommend for various majors or fields of study.


If she is just doing research using the web and then writing,

requirements probably could be met by any of the available iPads.


If she is doing serious number crunching for finance or statistics in

the humanities or stress calculations and/or intense design in architecture,

an iPad may not be the best device for her.

Hi there,


Personally as a student my iPad is really great in helping me study and produce quality work, I would recommend it to any student there is no doubt that I can help any student in some way.


Personally I have a iPad Air 4 and Apple Pencil and its a great combo I take handwritten notes, draw mind maps and art. I Really recommend and I am sure it would really help your daughter too.
