High heart rate readings

My heart rate hits 120+ at least once a day. It only shows that rate for the one measurement with measurements just before and after the high reading being in the 50’s or 60’s. The line on the graph iOS not solid and has one or two gaps? Is this accurate? Why the spaces in the high reading vertical line in the graph?
