Hello I am from Nepal and we had sent a new iPhone 8 to our grandma in village. She forgot her iPhone password and we have no access to her Apple ID either . Since she is in village and there’s no apple store near. There are only few local repair stores but I don’t think they can do anything about it .Is there anything we can do at home to fix that?
