Poor Camera performance

Hi, there. I'm new to the iPhone user community. Recently I've own a iPhone 11 pro max. The problem is, according to my observation, my phone's camera is somewhat compromised. To sort out the problem I, first, want to know if my phone is refurbished or not. Is there any way to figure it out??

N.B: I'm still on IOS 14.8.1
