I want to center all cells on a spreadsheet

Do you mean you want to center the content of each cell in a Table?


If so,


Select all of the cells.

(Click on the top left cell, then press the shift key and click on the bottom right cell of the table.)


Click the Format button to open the Format Inspector, then choose Text.


In the Alignment section:

Click the second button in the row of five to center the text (and the

numbers, currency and dates) horizontally.

Click the middle button in the row of three to center the contents of the cells vertically.

(You may not see a vertical shift if all your entries are single line and the row height has not been increased from the default size for the character height chosen.)
