iCloud Notes Sync Problem in Outlook 2016 on a Windows Computer
Dear Apple Customer Service,
I am trying to set up my Microsoft Outlook 2016 so I can view the iCloud notes created on my iPhone. I have tried everything suggested both on Apple and Microsoft Forums available to that topic dating back as far as 2015. Calenders, Tasks and Contacts are synced - still the Notes are not showing up anywhere. As I don't want to open the Webversion of iCloud continously I do hope for a solution provided by you, the Customer Service.
I run Windows 8.1.
I run iOs 12.5.4 on my iPhone 5s.
iCloud is up-to-date.
Outlook is up-to-date.
iCloud Add-In for Outlook is working fine.
Forum entries I have tried (selection):
Notes not synchronised between iCloud & MS Outlook

If you can’t add iCloud Calendars, Mail, or Contacts to Outlook

iCloud notes is not syncing with Microsoft outlook

Might it be that iCloud Notes have stopped working together with Microsoft Outlook with a certain iOs-Update? So only Calender, Contacts and Tasks can be synchronized with the iCloud Add-in (see below)?
But then how to import notes anyway? I tried setting it up over my Icloud-Email-Account (...@icloud.com / ....@me.com) but the Notes-Folder remains empty. (see below)
It could be that I accidently deleted the Notes folder in the iCloud-Hierarchy a while ago - if I try to create a folder called "Notes" an Error Messages shows (see below) - still the folder doesnt show up. (Any other folder can't be created either but for missing permission rights). Is there any way to get that folder back and in such a way maybe restore the Notes?
Best Regards,
Daniel
